Built with Purpose.

Designed with intention.

FORGED started with a simple observation: student-athletes are expected to perform in big moments long before they're taught how to prepare for them mentally.

They're taught how to train.
How to practice.
How to compete.

But what prepares them for the moments that test everything?

The big game.
The mistake.
The pressure.
The unexpected setback.
The moment when confidence disappears.
The moment when everything is on the line.

FORGED helps student-athletes develop the mental skills and habits that prepare them for those moments—before they happen.

It's learning how to focus attention, take ownership of what you can control, build confidence through preparation, create routines that support consistency, manage emotions, stay present under pressure, and trust the work when it matters most.

And when things don't go according to plan, it's knowing how to reset, refocus, and get back to what you can control.

Because performing well isn't about being perfectly confident or never feeling pressure.

It's about knowing what to do with the moment you're in.

FORGED gives student-athletes a framework for building that control—through preparation, routines, awareness, resilience, and intentional practice.

And those skills don't stop when the game ends.

They help student-athletes become more prepared, confident, composed, and capable in sport, school, and life.

That's why FORGED exists.

To help student-athletes build the skills to prepare with purpose, take control of what they can control, and perform when the moment matters most.

Build the mindset. Win the moment.

Why I Created FORGED

I’ve spent more than 15 years working with young people as a high school teacher, coach, and advisor. Along the way, I’ve seen firsthand the pressure student-athletes carry—and how quickly confidence can change when a mistake, setback, or tough stretch makes them question themselves.

I know that pressure personally, too. As a Division I collegiate golfer, I experienced the challenge of performing when the moment felt bigger than the game. I learned how easily performance can become tied to identity, and how important it is to have the mental skills to stay grounded when confidence is tested.

Today, I also see the student-athlete experience through the lens of a mom. I understand the excitement, pressure, expectations, and uncertainty that can come with navigating youth sports in an increasingly competitive environment.

As an MPM Certified Coach, I bring those experiences together with structured mental performance training to help student-athletes develop the skills they aren't always taught: how to prepare with purpose, focus under pressure, manage emotions, build confidence, respond when things don't go their way, and create routines that set them up for success.

That’s why I created FORGED.

I believe student-athletes deserve more than training for the physical demands of their sport. They deserve the opportunity to develop the mental skills that help them take control of what they can control, handle the moments that test them, and trust themselves when it matters most.

My mission is simple: to help student-athletes build the focus, resilience, confidence, and habits that allow them to perform at their best—while developing skills they can carry far beyond the game.

Build the mindset. Win the moment.
