At FORGED Mental Performance Training, we believe the mental side of the game drives performance. Our programs are designed to build stronger mindsets that create healthier, more confident athletes — prepared to compete under pressure and perform with confidence and control.
Athletes can train individually, in small groups, or within a team setting, allowing families to choose the environment that best supports their athlete’s development. Each program is structured, age-appropriate, and intentionally designed to equip young competitors with practical tools they can immediately apply in practice and competition.

The FORGED Foundation Program
This six-week program is the foundation of the FORGED Training Experience. Each virtual session lasts up to 45 minutes and is designed for middle and high school athletes. The program introduces core mental performance skills needed to compete with confidence and control.
Each week builds intentionally on the last, helping athletes develop practical, repeatable tools they can apply immediately in practice and competition. Allow up to 45 minutes for each virtual session.
Throughout the program, athletes learn how to:
Build durable, competition-ready confidence
Strengthen focus and eliminate distractions
Manage nerves and pressure
Reset quickly after mistakes
Develop effective pre-performance routines
Grow resilience through challenges
By the end of six weeks, athletes leave with a clear mental framework — not just motivation — that supports both healthy development and stronger performance.

FORGED Edge Training Sessions
Focused Mental Performance Support.
FORGED Edge Sessions provide targeted, personalized mindset training for athletes navigating competitive seasons, transitions, or high-pressure moments. These 45 minute sessions strengthen emotional steadiness, confidence, and composure — reinforcing the healthy mindset that drives stronger performance.
For athletes who have completed the FORGED Foundation Program, Edge Sessions offer continued growth and refinement. For others, they provide a focused starting point for intentional mental performance development.
The Edge comes from a strong, steady mind.

FORGED Academy for Teams
A structured team-based mental performance program designed to build leadership, resilience, confidence, and competitive consistency—creating stronger athletes and more connected teams.
FORGED Academy is delivered through in-person or virtual team sessions that include:
